Growing up in Jamaica as a child, Andrea started doing basic cornrows and plaits in my hair at the tender age of 9 years. During her high school her girlfriends and herself modeled hair braids, cornrows and weaves that they took pleasure in doing for each other. Little did she knew that these practices were preparing her for something that she is now passionate about!

Jamaicans, being only 1 hours flight from the coast of Miami USA, constantly find themselves having to keep up with the trends and fashion from the celebrities and african american entertainers. Every hairstyle that is worn by a celebrity becomes instant hit in Jamaica and the presssure of learning how to do it is on. At 23, Andrea started doing hair extensions on a more professional level. After finishing proper training in Jamaica, she moved to Australia and since then, she has been trained from few institutions in several methods to become one of the best in the industry.

Andrea is skilled in more than 18 methods of hair extensions and dreadlocks. She has mastered some of the most unique, accepted and endorsed methods of hair extensions and continues to upgrade her skills to this day.

Andrea’s clients have ranged form children, to everyday office associates to Australian celebrities. Lidia Jenkins, who appeared on Australia Idol in the 24 was commended live on air on her hair that Andrea prepared.
